The second and third templates are really neat, but I have to say that the one currently up -- the dandelion puff blowing seeds into the wind -- seems to reflect you and your design philosophy the best. It's fun and quirky, but also natural and introspective. You could also play around with the font colors and the fonts you use; orange shows up well against the dark semi-transparent elements, but there are other colors that could work well, too. (Like a warm, light and bright blue to go with the sky, or some green, or even go totally opposite and use pink, for example.)
I like your last template. I think it represent your background on your collage, also. However, it is a bit far from your design philosophy that you explain about green design. You may put some green stuff on your blog.
